For the remainder of 2019, the Howe Library lobby will feature rotating works from its circulating book collection about the myriad histories, cultures, and experiences of Native Americans. A special selection promotes the work of US poet laureate Joy Harjo and other Native American poets.

On April 23, celebrate Shakespeare's birthday with Silver Special Collections. Come test out a miniature press modeled on the technology of the period to print a Shakespearean keepsake, make a printer's hat, and of course, eat cake!
